That's what Christmas should be all about.

The Christmas season is a good time to start thinking about serving the underserved. This initiative is intended in providing food, clothing and treatment expenses for families and hence enabling them to experience the joy of Christmas Season- A time to share our good fortune with our neighbours in need across the world.

We are pleased to provide you a Christmas related charity program which involves a small humanitarian organisation.

About the initiative

Christmas always boost the spirit of helping others. This time around, cre8tivebug plans to help people who suffer from cancer in association with Asraya- A Registered organization of service minded ladies, mainly housewives and retired career women, motivated by concern, sympathy and love for the poor and suffering.

Asraya has been formed with an aim to support cancer patients socially, emotionally and financially. Presently it comprises a team of nearly 300 dedicated volunteers who believe in providing total support to cancer patients and his/her family members.

We help the patients through many systematic programmes - Rehabilitation, Drug Bank, Funds for Needy Patients, Awareness Classes for Early Detection, Chemotherapy Assistance, Pediatric Support, Distribution of Free Crutches & Other Equipment, Palliative Care Service, and lending a shoulder to share and care their burden.

It was formed in Trivandrum, in 1996. by Mrs. Santha Jose who happened to accompany one of her relatives , a cancer patient , to the Regional Cancer Center in Trivandrum. The people were running around not knowing whom to approach, to get their problems solved.These pathetic scenes aroused a strong desire in Mrs. Santha Jose to help these poor and needy patients

Hi, the website looks neat and fresh but felt that in certain pages the font sizes werent that appropriate especially at the bottom of the pages. Also, include photos of Indian kids to give a more personalisation and a feeling that this is done for a noble cause in India. Besides it, a great work on the site! Keep it up!
